Chibuzor Obilom has spent the last 12+ years in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem working in Fintech, RegTech, Ed-Tech, HealthTech, EnterpriseTech and TravelTech, tangibly contributing to building reputable industry applications like CentralPay, CMMS, mCASH, NCS, ICAD, eBillsPay, I’m Alive, GSI, BVN, and NIP from quality and process perspectives. He is credited with having certified Nigeria’s first Android POS and he also tested the Biometric Authentication Service (or API), used by banks for interbank ATM and PoS transactions. His expertise has directly benefitted the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Nigerian Stock Exchange, MTN, Kenya’s IPSL, West African Examination Council, Reddington Hospital, Union Bank, Wema Bank, Diamond Bank, GTBank (in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, & Kenya), Forte Oil etc., and has been applied across the African continent – as far as Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, Egypt, and South Africa. |

Mofesola brings over 15 years of experience in architecting and leading the implementation of observability solutions, designing and managing service mesh architectures, and overseeing cloud infrastructure. He specializes in automating infrastructure and application deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DevSecOps principles, ensuring security and performance.

A highly motivated software engineer with over 10 years of experience in building and leading engineering teams. Most recently at Personio, he planned and migrated a core component, reducing processing time significantly. He also led the Time/REV team to overhaul request absence across all interfaces.

Currently, he leads information security compliance programs as a senior security engineer for Delivery Hero SE, spanning its 70+ operating countries. His career has progressed from engineering roles to leading complex security infrastructure deployments, including a nationwide project for large banks in Nigeria and execution of multiple information security certification projects for small, medium and large companies in Europe, Asia and America.
He holds Two Master’s degrees in Security Management and Business from Buckingham University UK and Witten/Herdecke University Germany. Also, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University Nigeria coupled with other credentials as a highly qualified professional in his chosen career.
